The Sohum Global Foundation Inc. was founded by Devika Kamboh who is currently serving on the Board as its Chairperson and President.
Devika is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who founded Sohum Financial Planning LLC in 2019 after moving her business from New York City to Pagosa Springs, CO. This Foundation was also started in July 2019 to ensure there was community give back where she conducted her business. As a 20-year industry veteran, she focuses on complex financial planning issues for clients that cover estate planning& charitable giving; investment & wealth management; tax planning; insurance & risk management; college planning; retirement income and long-term care planning. During her tenure at Metlife she also completed certifications as a Special Needs Planner and is a staunch advocate for the special-needs community and the unique challenges they face. She has provided educational workshops to parents and caregivers of dependents with special needs since 2006.
She completed her Bachelors in Economics from the Lady Shri Ram College for Women in India and got her MBA degree in Scotland from the Strathclyde Graduate Business School in 1998 before deciding to start her career in the financial sector in NY in 1999. She enjoys the outdoors & many sports while continuing her pro bono work helping local communities. She is currently creating programs that help non-profits collaborate more effectively and generate more resources in the local communities being supported.
Shaun Mader serves as the Vice President on our Board and is based out of New York City. He is a Digital Transformation Strategist focusing on the future of learning and development.

Passionate about social impact, the future of work and future of education, Shaun is involved with a variety of startups and organizations finding new ways for technology to make a global impact. Prior to his role as a creative strategist, Shaun was a photographer where he used his skills to bring attention to underserved communities around the world, including human trafficking victims and their children in Kolkata. Shaun works closely with New Light India, based in the red light district of Kolkata. Founded by social worker and activist, Urmi Basu, New Light India has an array of shelters, programming and community initiatives aimed at breaking the cycle of intergenerational prostitution by providing shelter, health care, education and nutrition to roughly 300 children at any time and support to a larger community of 5000. Outside of his professional and non-profit work, Shaun leads transformational leadership programs, is an avid outdoorsman and juggles a healthy addiction to jiujitsu and yoga.

Rachel Suh serves as the Treasurer & Secretary on our Board. She brings a wealth of experience to our board and various projects given her extensive service on nonprofit boards and her prior career as a banker.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Rachel graduated from Carroll University in Wisconsin with a dual degree in Political Science and Religious Studies. There, she founded the Pre-Law Society, as well as their nationally-placed Debate Team. Rachel eventually moved to the Denver Tech Center in 2013, where she specialized in Small Business Crisis Management until she opened her own online bakery and confectionery, most notable for blue ribbon cakes and caramels. She met her husband, Michael, in 2015, and they spent several years together enjoying minimalist camping in their free time and visiting their favorite spots throughout the Colorado Rockies until deciding to finally settle in the Heaven on Earth that is Pagosa Springs, to raise their two small children on their hobby farm and homestead.
She has been a past trustee for the nonprofit partner at Chimney Rock National Monument as their Strategic Coordinator as well as a past Director on the San Juan Water Conservancy District Board, working in strategic action planning. Currently , she also volunteers with Vets For Vets in Pagosa Springs and Pagosa Bible Church.
